Plot Summary
The Past: A Conflict That Changed Lives
The story begins in 1998 in Guntur, where two brothers, Dokka Marx Babu and Lenin Babu, are infamous for their violent actions. They burn down Bhogineni Satyam’s mirchi factory, causing chaos in the area. Amidst this turmoil, Satyam’s brother-in-law, Rangam, accidentally kills Lenin. To protect Rangam, Satyam takes the blame and serves 12 years in prison.
During the fire accident, Satyam’s young son, Ramana, loses partial vision in his left eye. Following these tragic events, Satyam’s wife, Vasundhara, decides to leave him and move to Hyderabad. There, she marries her cousin, Narayana, and becomes estranged from Ramana.
Present Day: The Political Tensions
In 2023, Vasundhara is a powerful politician, serving as the Minister of Law under her father, Vyra Venkata Swamy's party. However, her past returns to haunt her when Kata Madhu, a rival politician, threatens to expose her son Ramana’s identity. Venkata Swamy views Ramana as a liability and pressures him to sever ties with Vasundhara legally. He offers him money in exchange for signing a legal document. Ramana, however, refuses unless he meets his mother.
As tensions escalate, Venkata Swamy’s associates, including his lawyer Paani and assistant Balu, attempt to force Ramana into submission. To make matters worse, a false FIR is filed against Ramana, accusing him of destruction of property and assault. Ramana is arrested but manages to confront Venkata Swamy after securing bail.
A Mother-Son Conflict
Ramana finally meets Vasundhara, only to be slapped by her. Frustrated and heartbroken, he signs the document, cutting ties with his mother. However, things take a dramatic turn when Kata Madhu leaks Ramana’s identity to the media. This revelation causes a political storm, leading to Vasundhara's downfall.
Meanwhile, in prison, Satyam reveals shocking truths about Vasundhara’s past. He discloses that Vasundhara played a significant role in his wrongful conviction, further straining Ramana’s emotions. While dealing with these revelations, Ramana is kidnapped by a notorious contract killer, "Gelatin" Babji. Babji informs him that Venkata Swamy and Narayana planned to eliminate him.
The Climactic Confrontation
As Vasundhara is critically injured in a staged accident, Ramana rushes to the hospital. Venkata Swamy manipulates him into seeking revenge against Hari Das and Kata Madhu, whom he claims are responsible for the attack. However, during his confrontation, Ramana learns that the real mastermind is his own grandfather, Venkata Swamy.
Meanwhile, Narayana confesses that Vasundhara had adopted Raja Gopal, their so-called son, to deceive her father. He also reveals that their marriage was never consummated, proving Vasundhara's loyalty to Ramana. In the final act, Ramana exposes Venkata Swamy’s political conspiracies. Eventually, he reunites with his mother and father in Guntur, leaving behind the toxic political world.
