Plot Summary
The Story Begins
Sushil Kumar "S.K." Pant, Lalita "Nauti" Nautiyal, and Sundar Mohan Tripathi are childhood friends from Tehri, Uttarakhand. S.K. is a lawyer who prefers out-of-court settlements for easy money. Nauti is a confident fashion designer looking for love. She decides to date both of her friends for a week each.
Friendship Turns Bitter
Nauti and Tripathi start developing feelings for each other. S.K. catches them kissing and feels betrayed. He distances himself from them, hiding his heartbreak under sarcasm. Meanwhile, Tripathi runs a small printing press but receives an inflated electricity bill of ₹150,000. The bill continues to rise, reaching ₹5.4 million. Unable to find help, Tripathi reaches out to S.K., but he insults them instead. Devastated, Tripathi attempts suicide.
Seeking Justice
S.K. realizes his mistake and decides to fight for Tripathi. He files a case against the privatized electricity company, SPTL. S.K. faces tough opposition from Gulnaar Rizvi, SPTL's lawyer. As the case progresses, S.K. exposes the flaws in the billing system and questions SPTL’s corrupt practices.

The courtroom battle is intense, filled with twists and arguments. Just when S.K. is about to win, Tripathi resurfaces, revealing that he had faked his death.
